Comic Relief Day
Our children raised £80.40 by wearing silly socks on Friday 18th March 2011, our children decided that they would like to give the money they raised to Minami High School in Japan. Our local girl's grammar school, Kesteven & Grantham Girls School are very closely linked to the school in Japan and our children wanted to show their support.
World Book Day 2011
On Thursday 3rd March pupils and Teachers dressed up as favourite characters from their favourite books. £69.20 was raised for the British Heart Foundation.
Swimarathon 2011
Thank you all very much for your tremendous support with our quest to raise money for the Grantham Rotary Swimarathon. Our target figure for 2011 was £500, this target was trounced, £704.49 was our final fabulous total. We are already training for next year's whopping total of £750.00
Carol Singing at the George Centre, Grantham
Congratulations to all the children who sang in the George Centre just before Christmas, as a result of a lovely performance, £51.58 was raised for the "Brick in the Wall" appeal.

Congratulations to all the children who donated items and to all in Year 6 for organising the "Bring & Buy" stalls. Well done! You raised £163.69.
LIVES
£162.67 was raised at our School Summer Concert 2010 for LIVES (First Responder Group).
Swimarathon - The Rotary Club of Grantham Swimarathon 2010
Congratulations to Jacob, Katie, Georgina, Eleanor, Madeleine and Rose - "The TGPS Piranhas" who achieved a new record of 190 lengths and a fantastic total of £458.00 at the end of the Swimarathonat the Meres on Sunday 7th February 2010. A huge thankyou to all those who helped to motivate the team by donating so generously.
NSPCC
Congratulations to all those who took part in Buddy's Big Workout and special thanks to all those parents, grandparents, family and friends who sponsored our children. You raised £2,360 for the NSPCC which is fantastic amount of money. Val Footit came to our assembly on Wednesday 3rd February 2010 and was extremely pleased to share the total with the whole school. Well done to everyone who took part.
